Prior to founding Edward Sinclair Executive Recruiters, Carla served in senior HR leadership roles at GE Vernova, GE Aerospace, GE Gas Power, PepsiCo, and Ford Motor Company, where she partnered directly with C-suite and executive teams to design organizations, recruit senior leaders, navigate labor relations, and lead large-scale transformation initiatives.
